We’re having an issue on the checkout page related to the customer address list. When a user adds or edits an address during checkout, sometimes the state name doesn't appear for some addresses. This doesn’t happen for all addresses—just some.
We are using the following modules:
- Amasty One Step Checkout
- Amasty Google Address Autocomplete
- IWD Address Validation
Here’s how the issue appears:
When adding a new address, the IWD Address Validation shows a suggested address in a pop-up. We then choose an address, and the fields are autofilled. However, the state name sometimes goes missing after this step.
We have already tried disabling the Amasty Google Address Autocomplete and IWD Address Validation modules, but the problem still occurs.
If anyone else has faced this issue or knows a solution, I would really appreciate your help.
