Reset Password Error on accounts.magento.com

Hi,

I forgot my Magento Account password. I wanted to reset it but it always shows me an error:

We received too many requests for password resets. Please wait and try again later or contact info@magento.com.

I have been contacting magento support and above email for 3 years now but no replies / solutions so far. Can anybody help me here?

I faced something similar while managing my xxbrits account issues sometimes clearing cache or trying a different browser helps, but if not, reaching Magento through their official contact form might work better than email.
