Does anyone have any tricks for reversing the effects of a fraud order. We can cancel the order but these orders skew the store statistics as well as Google analytics. Tried entering an offset order but Magento does not allow negative orders and once this order has been received, Magento makes deleting the order difficult. Tried removing or changing the item count to zero, but this also was unsuccessful. It's a minor irritation and thankfully we don't receive too many fraudulent orders but when we do, they are typically for multiple high value items and skew our sales statistics.
