Unable to create a support ticket for Magento 2 EE
I have been trying to get support from Magento Support since past 2 weeks, All I get is the standard response that I need to login.
Let me explain the scenario again in detail.
We started using Magento 2 Enterprise 3 years back – for 2 websites (Kaprayonline & Zellbury)
We shut down KaprayOnline operations last year June(2019). Currently, we are just using Zellbury
The domain Kaprayonline is now closed as well. Unfortunately, the License owner for this account has email address linked to closed domain & Now this kaprayonline.com domain is closed and we need access to raise a ticket, make changes, make payments, change owner etc.
Also that team member is no longer with the organization.
