We are excited to announce that our August release, including Magento Open Source 2.4.5, security-only patches 2.4.4-p1, 2.4.3-p3, and 2.3.7-p4, and other exciting product updates, is now available to our entire open source community.

Helping our customers run frictionless upgrades to the latest version of Adobe Commerce is a top priority for us, and extension upgrades are a key piece of this. On August 9, 2022, we released Adobe Commerce version 2.4.5. After careful review of the 2.4.5 version, we set our Marketplace Commerce Version Compatibility date to Wednesday, September 21, 2022.
Any extension that is not compatible with 2.4.5 by September 21,2022 will be removed from the marketplace.magento.com. Please submit a new version as soon as possible on developer.magento.com. Thank you for helping our customers run quick and frictionless commerce upgrades!
More consumers are opting for alternative payment methods, with nearly all consumers (82%) wanting the option to choose how they pay for the goods they purchase online. Now, Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source merchants using Payment Services will have the option to offer Apple Pay to shoppers. This will facilitate a secure and quick checkout experience without ever requiring customers to input their credit or debit card details.
Apple Pay will be available on the product details page, mini cart, cart, and checkout. Merchants will be able to toggle Apple Pay on or off in the Adobe Commerce Admin.
This feature is available in the 1.3.0 release of the Payment Services extension which also introduces support for Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source 2.4.5 and security-only patches 2.4.4-p1 and 2.4.3-p3.

Quick Checkout has its latest version release available on Marketplace.
Quick Checkout allows Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source customers allows merchants to offer a frictionless, secure, and password less checkout experience using their existing checkout and payments provider. In addition, with the most up to date and accurate payment and shipping information stored in the Bolt network, merchants can see a reduction in abandonment rates of up to 70%!
The Quick Checkout extension is now compatible with Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source versions 2.4.1 --> 2.4.5.
