Magento 2.0.9

ICYMI: 2.0.9 is now available for those of you still in the 2.0.x branch. If you're on 2.1, you don't need to worry about this update, just stay tuned for 2.1.1. Release notes for 2.0.9 are available on DevDocs, as per usual.
