็How can I make a complaint from developer(have trust logo of Magento U) leave my job

I hired for upgrade magento version to 2.X, he did the job more than one month but not success. Also he made my site fail can not restore to the original. Now I can not contact him and I have completed payment.

 

Please advice where can I submit make a complaint.

Hi @matha, sorry to hear this. When you say he has the trust logo of Magento U, do you mean he was certified? If so, please PM me with his information so I can verify.
