Anchor # is not allowed in URL Rewrite of magento

Hi, 

I am 5 months new to Magento and I am learning. I am stuck on this task and I don`t know, how to overcome. Please help. 

I want to navigate to the section in same page but I tried adding # to URL Rewrites but no use. Tried other methods such as using ?q= but no use. Please help.

Hello @wasim_akram1 ,

Magento 2 reads parameters in the following format: anypage/param/param_value/

It ignores the question mark. In your situation you have 2 options to go:

1) Manage this by using the rewrite rules of the webserver.
