It is just not about starting the setup. The installation throws the mentioned error while installation is going on. E.g. Lets say the installation completed about 40-50% more or less.
Update if someone has a fix to this.
When I go to this link, it says error in connecting to database, but then in the database, there are no tables.
It may be helpful for those reading that if you have easyapache 4 on your server, you can use this interface to update your php and add this zip extension in about 4 clicks without using a command line or editing the php.ini file. This zip solution worked for me as well.
