Error after installation of XAMPP

Hi,

I Just install the XAMPP 7.1, after installing I got the error the program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime, even I try to fix via some youtube videos but still cannot solve.

My operating system is not updatable, so please tell me some other solution

Your current problem seems to not be related with Magento.
