When i add a product to the cart and then click on the view cart button the tax appears in the summary
SUMMARY

and the PT-23% thats the tax apllied to Portugal
But when i click proceed to checkout the tax dont appear and the price returns to the original €37.10
I want that in checkout i have the same result as above in the shopping cart page
