Allows users to pay for unfinished magento payment orders again

I need because I'm having a lot of requests to generate the billet again or change the payment. Look at the pictures, you see the customer panel there is option to "Pay Now" for orders unfinished, where show available payment methods again, allowing the customer to change or use the same payment method. If the client does not finalize the payment, he has the option on your painel.
