I have enabled Cash On Delivery in the Admin section and also in the configuration scope for main site but it still does not show up on the front end of the website. Does anyone know what I should be doing. I am fairly new to Magento. Any answers are greatly appreciated. Thanks,

When you enable Free Shipping does it show up?

No it still does not show.

And it does not show in your default theme? Does any of your shipping methods show up?
