Can't see any paypal payment methods in admin after installing Magento 1.9.2.2

I have recently upgraded to Magento 9.2.2 and coincidentally at the same time we had some problems with paypal so turned off all of the modules. I then tried to re-enable them but when I go to admin > Payment methods the paypal ones are no longer there. I can seem to see any errors in the logs. Can anyone give me some pointers on how to start finding out where the problem is.

Have you looked at the magento stackexchange?  I know they have a lot of post and replies regarding to upgrades to 1.9.2.2 - http://magento.stackexchange.com/search?q=install+1.9.2.2
