Hi, im using Magento v 1.8.0.0 for an online clothing store.
We are getting 3 statuses in the sales section of our site, processing (where the money is in our paypal ready to be captured) pending payment (no money in our paypal account) and cancelled (again no money in our paypal account)
I was hoping someone might know what is causing us to get orders with the pending payment payment and cancelled status as oppose to just not being notified as no item has been sold. And also what difference there is between pending payment and cancelled orders?
