Error in configuring PayPal Payments Pro (Includes Express Checkout)

I am tring to configure PayPal Payments Pro (Includes Express Checkout). My settings are as follows

When I click on Sandbox Credentials I am getting a window like below

When I click on Get Credentials from PayPal I am getting a window like below

Actually I would like to configure it because I am getting below error.

Could anyone say where is the issue ?? How can I configure it ?? Thanks

exact same issue here. Live mode. Talked with Paypal, they said its on magento's end. Since they can see the failed transactions on their system, apparently magento is not receiving the response code. (Weather that is the actual case or not remains to be seen) Forgot to mention this is on Magento 2
