I am running 2.3.5 and in the process of moving to 2.4.6. We are currently using Webscale (formally Magemojo) for hosting and have been for several years.
I am Looking at Nexcess.
I am not sure what all my current plan consist of with the exception of 25gb Disk Space and paying $98 a month. I have been very satisfied with them till now.
I was wondering if anyone has had issue with Nexcess and how they may compare to Webscale as for as site performance, support, etc...?
In comparison to Nexcess and Webscale, UltaHost offers a great balance of performance, support, and value. It's worth looking into their plans to see if they meet your specific needs, especially as you upgrade to Magento 2.4.6.
Recommend me best hosting for a store whose traffic is almost a million per month.
Thank you

Both Nexcess and Webscale offer solid hosting options, with Webscale specializing in Magento hosting and providing excellent support. While Nexcess is known for affordability and broader support, Webscale tends to focus more on performance for complex Magento sites. If you’re satisfied with Webscale's current performance, it’s worth evaluating whether Nexcess can meet your needs in terms of support and scalability.
I used A2 Hosting for years from 2015 with 290$/year package Turbo and everything work well with my use. Support and update really fast and comfortable. Still not change any other until now. Hope it help
Thanks for sharing the comparison! I’ve worked with a few different hosting providers myself, and I agree UltaHost does offer a solid mix of speed, support, and affordability. For anyone upgrading to Magento 2.4.6, performance and stability are key, and it's smart to explore hosting options that are optimized for it.
Also, if you're running an eCommerce store or planning to launch one, check out shoes.pk — we’ve built our platform with both performance and user experience in mind, and finding the right hosting partner definitely played a role in that.
I’ve had experience with both Webscale (formerly Magemojo) and Nexcess, and each serves slightly different needs—especially when you're running Magento and planning an upgrade from 2.3.5 to 2.4.6.
Webscale is known for its enterprise-grade scalability and security, which is great if you’re dealing with heavy traffic or frequent spikes. But at $98/month for just 25GB disk space, you're likely paying a premium for resources you may or may not need every day.
Nexcess, by contrast, offers managed Magento hosting with built-in performance features like auto-scaling, caching, daily backups, and a CDN. Their plans are generally more affordable, with transparent pricing and solid Magento-specific support. In real-world use, performance is excellent for most mid-sized stores, and their support team is Magento-certified.
If speed and reliability are top priorities for your move to 2.4.6, you might want to also consider how both hosts compare to other high-performance providers. I’ve created a detailed comparison of the fastest web hosting companies, which includes top contenders.
If you’ve been happy with Webscale, you’ll likely find their performance and support solid compared to many hosts, but Nexcess is also a strong option, especially for Magento. Nexcess generally offers very reliable performance, good scalability, and responsive support at competitive pricing.
