For Example,
Someone select paypal as his payment method then he will get 10% discount on his order. Please anyone has knowledge then reply me assp.
I have fount solution just add the shopping cart price rule from the admin panel and it works
In magento 2.2 there is no option to choose Payment Method in cart rule
