How to create a quote/order by using Authorize.net profileId.

Hi all,

I am able to create a order from quote using the process that i have got from the below reference link.

In this approach we are using card details to create the order from quote.

But, i need to create order from quote using authorized .net profile id, as the card is registered to authorized .net.
When i try to get the card details from authorized .net  by using profileId ,it is retuning last four digits of the card only.
By using this info i am not able to create the order.
Can you please tell me how to achieve the order process by using the authorized .net profileId.
