I have had a large order come through our magento shop were the order was paid by echeck.
On the day the echeck was due to clear we got an IPN failed update in the magento order notes and the
status of the order changed to processing is stead of cancelled.
We use a third party system to pull in all orders from various selling channels, this system only pulls orders
down with the status as processing.

This has the potential for us to ship orders where echeck payments have failed.
Running Magento 1.9.0.1
Any help in resolving this would be great.
