ORDER Status not appearing in Sales - only option appearing is 'Pending'

Hello! 

 

I am not sure why, I have set up all the STORES > Order Status in Magento 2, however when I receive an order I cannot update the Status to 'Processing', 'Complete' or anything else for that matter. 

 

There is only 1 option available in the dropdown box 'Pending'. 

Payment Method : Bank Transfer 

 

Can anyone give me any advice on how to get the Order Statuses to appear?

I am also doing business in UAE for Movers, my site is https://fourstarmoversuae.com/location/movers-and-packers-in-dubai-marina/ , I am also facing same issue , order status not appearing  sale, do you find any best method to solve this?,

We are also facing issues with order processing system on our website, which is affecting the update of order statuses. Some of the customers have noticed that their orders are stuck in pending and cannot updated to processing or complete. Our team is working hard to resolve this, but failed. Help Required.
