Re: PayPal instant notifications M2/ Swatch images

It seems like you have two separate issues here.

Regarding the first issue, it's possible that your PayPal account settings may need to be adjusted to ensure that you receive instant notifications of orders. You may want to check your PayPal account settings or contact PayPal support for assistance with this issue.

Regarding the second issue, it sounds like there may be a technical issue with your website or the platform you're using to create your items. It may be worth reaching out to the platform's support team or consulting with a web developer to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Re: PayPal instant notifications M2/ Swatch images

It seems like you have two issues you'd like advice on: one related to PayPal instant notifications and the other concerning swatch images. Let's address each of them:

  1. PayPal Instant Notifications:

   - The message from PayPal is informing you that Instant Payment Notifications (IPNs) sent to a specific URL are failing. IPNs are used to notify your website about events related to PayPal transactions, such as payment completion.

   - The URL mentioned in the message is If you do not recognize this URL, it's possible that a service provider or a plugin on your website is handling IPNs on your behalf.

   - Here's what you can do:

     - First, verify if you have a plugin or service on your website that manages PayPal transactions. Check your website settings for any PayPal-related plugins or integrations.

     - Contact your service provider or the developer of the plugin to address the issue. They may need to update the IPN settings or fix any issues on their end.

     - Ensure that your server is configured to allow incoming IPN notifications from PayPal. There might be firewall rules or server settings preventing these notifications from reaching your website.

  1. Swatch Images Issue:

   - It seems that you're facing a problem with adding multiple swatch images to your items, and you can only add one image per item.

   - This issue may be related to the platform or software you're using to manage your online store.

   - To resolve this:

     - Review the settings or options in your e-commerce platform or content management system (CMS) related to product images and swatches.

     - Check if there have been any recent updates or changes to your website's theme or plugins that might have affected this functionality. If so, contact the theme or plugin developer for assistance.

     - If you're not sure how to resolve the swatch image issue within your specific e-commerce platform, consider reaching out to the platform's support or community forums for guidance.

Remember to make backups and test any changes in a staging environment before applying them to your live website to avoid potential disruptions to your online store. Additionally, if you're not comfortable making these changes yourself, consider hiring a web developer or consultant with experience in e-commerce websites to assist you.
