Hi newbie here lol
ive been having trouble installing magento 1.8.1, ive installed mainy time and never had a problem but now it installs but when I get to Paypal configure the screen freezes and says 'not responding due to long-running-script, so I cant add paypal
error on server is 'client denied by server configuration: /app/etc/local.xml'
please help.
