I have two magento websites,
both with same currency and country settings
One has:
Website Payments Standard
Express Checkout

But the other is missing the "Website Payments Standard"
and has: Website Payments Standard (Includes Express Checkout)
can any one help me since when paying via paypal all users are redirected to a blank page.
