Problem in checkout. Payment methods not appear

Good evening everyone .
I have a problem with the payment methods in the checkout in Magento Version 1.8.1.0
After you choose the shipping method -when you press the button "continues"- shipping methods do not appear .
It is the second time is problem shows up.
the first time i searched for a solution on te web and I solved the problem by deactivating and reactivating the payment module .
it was chance lucky because now the problem shows up again .
I tried again and I tried everything I found on the net about this issue ( not many solutions unfortunately ) .
Did This problem occur to anyone else? If so, how have you solved it ? Thank you all in advance

Hi @ketti,

Which payments do you have enabled ?

And a url for the store ?

Maybe your settings in admin is misconfigured ? Country mismatch or similar ?

I activate the following methods of payment:credit card, PayPal, bank transfer. Everything is configured correctly. Do not ask me why now everything works. For two days did not work and now has resumed operation.

Last night i checked it for the last time and id didn't work but this morning it was all ok. It is a serius problem that i would like to permanenty fix but i do not understand why it occurs and above all because it resolves itself. The last test i did was emptying the chace magento but did not produce any results. Any advice on how to try to solve the problem or which test can i do? magento upgrade to the last version solve this problem?
