paypal missing in checkout magento

Hi All,

I'm not new with Magento, but unfortunatelly I can't find solution for my problem. Magento 1.9.0.1

I admin section paypal was configured and all necesarry data was enetered. Frontend design was also changed to base/default and all other 3rd party extensions were removed(disabled), unfortunatelly paypal payment option still not showing in payment options.

Any clues?

Hello!

I have the same problem. Everything is enabled in admin but express checkout not showing in frontend next "Go to checkout" button. 
Maybe I have deleted paypal code one year ago but I don't know where. Can you tell me where is express checkout code stored?
