Unable to link existing simple products to configurable products when we import with csv file

Hi Team,

 

I have followed the CSV File format in magento EE 2.1 version in module  Magento_ConfigurableSampleData.

But i am facing the issue problem all simple products and configurable product ,but simple products are not associated .

 

What might be issue , why ?

 

Can any one please help on this.
