The requested URL /magento/setup/ was not found on this server

Привет! Системный администратор установил необходимое ПО на виртуальный сервер. При установке Magento 2 появляется ошибка:

Not Found
The requested URL /magento/setup/ was not found on this server.

В чём может быть проблема? Может админ не всё нужное ПО установил?

it happens when your domain is linked with pub/index.php file 

If you are trying to install magento then assign index.php of root directory.

When you want to go live, then assign pub/index.php
