How to transfer data from Word press to Magento?

Hi, I am looking to transfer data of my 100$ baitcasting website to magento site. Is there any copy paste method available without doing so much with templates and patterns.

3. Do Following Steps:

1. Set up Magento
2. Install Magento data import extension
3. Map WordPress data to Magento
4. Convert data to Magento format
5. Import data into Magento
6. Set up Magento themes and configurations
7. Test thoroughly
