Mobile layout image/writing out of placement but fine on desktop

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this...It may be a simple fix but I haven't seen to have found it yet. Simply when I'm on my laptop my home/front page view is placed where it should be but when I open my site on my phone the words and images are all over the place...does anyone know the fix? Thanks in advance

There is the issue for the responsive designing of your site .. you need to do responsive to your site so that it will adjust automatically according to the screen size .
