Admin no more reachable

Hi everybody

I'm on the latest 1931 Magento.

 

Trying to install a new theme I've :

 

> Saved the app, js, lib, media, skin folders

> Uploaded these folders i found in my new theme zip

 

 When i try to connect to admin, i have Magento Connect instead... When i add "admin" in the adress bar, i have downloader instead...

Not sure what you mean with "Magento Connect" do you see the install page? Or do you see something completely different? Maybe a screenshot could give us more info.
