Hi guys,
I have been trying to upload extra images for particular products using Magmi, but to no avail. I have the column header media_gallery and the image attributes processor ticked and configured. I have looked around the web with conflicted information about what the file path should look like. Here is what I have tried (the images are always in media/import and sometimes under s subfolder in said directory in cPanel):
/c/a/cap.jpg
/cap.png
cap.jpg
I have reindexed and cached but nothing seems to work. Can somebody let me know where I am going wrong?
