Can't find my certificate

I've completed Free Intro to Magento 2 for Business Users module and received a certificate at the end. I can no longer see my certificate on my account. I have a PDF copy of my certificate on my PC. How do I check my achievements and find my certificate on my account? This was working just fine in May.

This will be not visible in your account certification area. As this area shows only below shared list of certification:

https://u.magento.com/certification

You have completed only some course certification that will be visible to that "Learning section" click to My Magento U Course. in this you can find your course. One more thing this is for limited time if you are able to see that course still you can access then only you can see this certification else cant as this is just a free course.

When I clicked on My Magento U Course as you suggested it will take me to Adobe website. I checked on the Adobe website and I can't find it my certificate. Can you confirm if free courses still certificate issued at the end of course?

It is showing only paid course certifications in my account too not free one.For more info you can go in adobe learning support.

In the past, I was able to see the certificate even if is free course certificate. Did something change and this option is no longer avalable?

Are you able to see your course? which you have done if not then it was showing until that course was showing.

Even i can not find My professional developer certification which is paid.

Nothing is list in complete course on Adobe Site

You need to check it "My Certifications" section in your account or
you can contact and inform certifcation@magento.com about this.
