Where to find Course guide of Fundamentals of Magento 2 Development?

Hello,

I'm currently following the "Fundamentals of Magento 2 Development v2.1 (OnDemand)" course.

In the first unit "Unit One - Fundamentals of Magento 2 Development" they mention a Course guide (with transcripts of the audio, etc) which I should use while learning. Sadly I'm unable to find this Course guide in the resources or anywhere else. Where can I find it?
