I'm having a hard time figuring out how the tracking information from an Amazon order gets back to Seller Central.
We use Shipstation and once an order is shipped, it is marked complete.
Amazon orders are marked complete in our Order list, but in the Marketing>Amazon Sales Channel and Amazon Seller Central is remains as incomplete.
I've looked in the User guide but have seen no specific information relating to this.
Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.
You review the status of orders placed on Amazon on your Manage Orders page, click the view FBA orders link. If you sell your inventory on Amazon using Fulfilment by Amazon, Amazon will manage your orders for you...
