when i sign into https://commercemarketplace.adobe.com/ using my adobe account w********r@b*********s.com i get: An error occurred, please try again later. My account is 7 years old with a history of purchases. I can access all other adobe products with my user except the marketplace. It errors out ONLY for this user. if i login to another user and goto https://commercemarketplace.adobe.com/ i am able to get in just fine.
I have been passed around your different support teams.. from chat -> to experience support who told me to post my question on this forum. I need access to my account with past purchases. I need a resolution ASAP. This is business impacting. Im a long term customer.. I manage multiple magento sites. I use most of your services for the past 15 years.
