Customer Configuration Require Emails Confirmation

I am currently using Magento 2.4.5-p1 and have enabled (set to "Yes") the "Require Emails Confirmation" setting. However, I have noticed that when I use a corporate email address to register, the account is automatically confirmed. On the other hand, when I use a personal email address, I am required to confirm it before being able to log in to the account.
