Hello & where do I post a technical Q

Hello all,

I hope all is well. I m new to the Magento forums. In which forum do I post a technical question regarding Magento 2.3 API? I am trying to resolve a timeout issue when a sales order is sent to Boomi which then in turn sends to NetSuite.
