Hi all,

I am a French IT Project Manager with a business background.

I am currently working in Luxembourg and leading remotely an IT team located in Russia.

We have started our Magento store about 1 year ago. I hope I will learn a lot thanks to the community :-)

Welcome to the community forums.

The best way (well, I guess is the best way) to start learning is to ask and try to help into the forums.
As you can imagine there are a lot of information information on StackExchange too.

You should start diving into the oficial documentation: http://devdocs.magento.com/
Another recomendation could be to be aware of Magento issues on Github: https://github.com/magento/magento2/issues.

And finally, of course, you'll need to get your hands dirty with the platform.
