Hi everyone,

I'm Max. I'm the eCommerce manager at Walthers, North America's largest seller of Model Railroading supplies. My primary background is in SEO, but I have many years of digital marketing work under my belt, including paid search and email marketing.

I got started in Magento 2 in early 2020 at my last employer, where worked with a top-notch vendor to set up over a dozen eCommerce sites.

For fun, I enjoy camping, hiking, kayaking, and binge-watching sci-fi shows.

Right now I'm setting up the LoyaltyLion loyalty program for our site, which I'm hoping will have a nice impact on conversions and return visits.

The best way to start is to ask and try to help other into the forums so you are in the right path.

As you can imagine, you'll find information on StackExchange too and you can start diving into the https://devdocs.magento.com/ not only for learning but to correct and improve the docs.

Another recomendation could be to be aware of Magento issues on Github: https://github.com/magento/magento2/issues (if you are technical, of course).
