Invalid Password or eMail - You Did not Sign in Correctly Text Missing

When a customer goes to login, if they enter an invalid password or email , NO error message appears.  I've searched everything and cannot figure out what is preventing the error message from letting the customer know their login is incorrect

I am expecting to see You Did not Sign in Correctly or Your Account is Temporarily Disabled  , but it is missing

The default Magento 2 displays the error as expected:

It seems that a third-party module installed is preventing the error display.

I did use Buynow Extension in magento 2

When i did click BuyNow button for configurable product then showing to me checkout page 404 page.
