Magento showing vendor directories path in the website

I restored my website from the backup file and i am continuously seeing an error that the website showing vendor directories paths. I do not know what should I call this error but you can see it in the snapshot.

There are two methods to enable template path hints in Magento 2:

1. via admin panel
2. via command line
