In magento, The library jquery-validation version 1.19.3 has known security issues. (lib/web/jquery/jquery.validate.js).
I successfully overriden this file(1.19.5 version) using my custom theme-{{baseurl}}/static/version1680589064/frontend/Smartwave/porto/default/jquery/jquery.validate.jsbut still i can see the older version in Magento pub/base folder.
