Smartsupp extension gives 500 error when I try to configure in Magento 2.3

I am try to use https://marketplace.magento.com/smartsupp-smartsupp.html?edition[]=open%20source%20(ce)

when I installed and try to connect my account in settings->snartsupp it shows 500 error in network and nothing happens?
