staged website homepage 301 redirect loop error

Hello guys, my name is Marcin and I am new to this forum (and new to Magento). On staging level, when I'm accesing the https://mcstaging.heelys.eu.com/it/, the url runs into 301 redirection loop. Purging cache didn't help. I am guessing, in order to fix this, I will need to modify the ht.access file. Very strange, I ve never seen anything like it before.

Did you create a redirect in .htacess level , Apache or Nginx level?

There are too many redirects for your https://mcstaging.heelys.eu.com/it/ url

Is this started happening after any of recent changes which were made to the website?

Thank you for your answer. I don't have an access to Magento core files, so Haven't change anything in htaccess file. I think Ill ask our developers to provide a solution for this.
