How to install with all latest code from GitHub?

Hello,

 

There are some fixes in the latest GitHub files which we would like to test. How exactly do I cleanly install Magento 2.0.2 (with the very latest fixes/patches/commits) from GitHub?

I tried downloading the entire GitHub zip, attending to file permissions, then browsing to http://myshop.mydomain.com/setup but it just gives me the old v2.0.0 installer.

Am I supposed to run this, then run some form of GitHub/composer update against it? I am confused!

I have tried that, but as mentioned, when I reach the point where I can browse to http://www.myshop.com/setup I just see::

Why has it downloaded an obsolete version?
