Could it be that somehow the customer managed to go back to your site and they still had access to their basket (which had the order ID reserved on it), they removed one item, then they proceed to PayPal again, Magento couldn't place the order properly because one already existed but somehow they managed to get through to PayPal who accepted the transaction and money? There are a couple of ways around it but you do need to be careful of the performance impact of your solution.    You need a way of finding the other products that are similar. The way you do this will depend on your catalogue. It could be that you can do a product collection call for similar SKUs if there's a set format that you know that you can rely on. Otherwise, the safest way is to have a new product attribute called "product group" or something similar which all products that should be linked to each other have the same value in. It's going to be a bit of a manual task I'm afraid to check customers, sales, orders, cms pages, promotions and other core data.    If they have used the official data migration tool, you can be pretty confident that the data has been migrated. It will only have the data that was migrated on the day that the took the database from your Magento 1 install however. As far as I'm aware, the Magento order view in admin doesn't show the product image by default. Is this functionality that's been customised on your store or achieved through an extension?   My guess is that this code is broken, perhaps it's trying to load an image where the file doesn't exist on the filesystem anymore. Can you tell what URL is trying to be loaded for the image? Are you able to check that it does indeed exist on the server? ... View more

Magento Marketplace is the recommend site. If you get a download from there, you can use the Magento Download Manager within your Magento site to upload the file and install it.
