I am having issues with order in admin while customer checkout with paypal express.
Yellow marked orders are placed with paypal express. The issue is order status and ups label status are incorrect. Order Status should be processing and ups label status should be UPS Pending after the checkout. But currently i have 3 cases.
a) Order Status - Processing and UPS label - XML error
b) Order Status - Processing and UPS Label - Mailer error
c) Order Status - Complete and UPS Label - Successfully.
Above all three are incorrect. Since order should never be immediately complete.
Any help would be appreiciated.
