Cache Quota Issue

I'm getting this alert on product page after add the product into cart but product is not adding in cart

Uncaught DOMException: Failed to execute 'setItem' on 'Storage': Setting the value of 'mage-cache-storage' exceeded the quota.

How? I have tested in 10 machines and one machine only throwing this issue? can you explain about this and how it's happening?

Please check contents of localStorage in Chrome Dev Tools. Is it filled with some core-specific data or there is some extension storing too much information. Try to clear your browser cache
