How to fix REST API error in magento 2.3.0 ?

Magento Version : 2.3.0

Hi,

As per my client requirement, i was called following API for get orders of current date.

After call this request, following error throws

For resolve this, i was already gave all module permission into "System -> Extensions -> Integration " REST user.

But still i got same error.

Please suggest me, how can i fix this ?
